We have a great line-up of presenters and can’t wait to see which sessions you choose to attend. A few things to note.

  • Size Limits. Some classes have size limits, so be sure to plan your day and register for classes in advance.
  • Waiting List. Is a class you want to attend already full? No worries, register anyway and we’ll add you to a waitlist in case someone changes their mind!
  • Extra Fees. Some classes require extra fees to cover teacher expense or supplies. These have been noted with [ $ ] and have a link to direct you to the ticket page where you can make your purchase.

Happy planning!

In this two-hour lecture, we'll explore the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and learn how to use the Ayurvedic clock to balance your body, mind, emotions, and spirit. The session will start with a short introduction to Ayurveda, focusing on its core principles or the pillars of health: sleep, nutrition, energy management, and exercise. You'll gain an understanding of the Ayurvedic clock, which shows the relationship between the doshas and daily rhythms needed for optimal health and overall wellness.

Furthermore, you'll explore the importance of the six parts of the day, their meanings, and the reasons behind performing specific practices at certain times. This knowledge will help you establish a foundational Ayurvedic practice, highlighting the significance of daily routines (Dinacharya). Following a bookend philosophy, you'll get practical advice for developing effective morning and evening routines.

Our interactive session will provide a unique opportunity for you to actively participate, ask questions, and receive advice on integrating Ayurvedic principles into your daily life. By the end of the lecture, you'll better understand the Ayurvedic Clocks' role in holistic health, identify areas for improvement, and implement daily routines effectively.

This lecture is designed for beginners, holistic health enthusiasts, and anyone interested in improving their well-being through Ayurveda. No prior knowledge is required, making it a welcoming and accessible learning opportunity for all.
