Together let’s explore ways to deepen connection and cultivate a life filled with more intention. More love.

We will drop out of the mind space and connect to the body, through breath and nourishing yoga. You will also be lead through an attunement practice, to deepen our human experience. Finally, it is so often forgotten that we have our ancestors, gods, goddesses, and loved ones passed to call upon, they are all there for us. You will be given practical ways to open up to receive their guidance.

Join us in class/workshop based on connection.

This includes nourishing yoga, breath work, human connection and reiki healing.
