About me
Vanashree Belgamwar is a distinguished graduate, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery from the prestigious Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, India. Her expertise extends to Nadi Pariksha, the ancient art of Ayurvedic pulse assessment. Notably, she is also a certified meditation and hatha yoga teacher. Growing up in a lineage of Ayurvedic physicians and medical professionals, Vanashree was immersed in the world of herbs and spices from an early age. Her profound connection with Ayurveda blossomed during a challenging episode of Hepatitis A at the tender age of 7. Facing relentless discomfort, Ayurveda emerged as her savior, swiftly restoring her to balance when conventional treatments fell short. This transformative personal experience fueled her passion to become an Ayurvedic practitioner.
Since 2013, Vanashree has been practicing Ayurveda in Minnesota with a mission to globalize this ancient holistic science. She envisions bringing the benefits of Ayurveda to people worldwide, emphasizing its potential as an integrative therapy for achieving and maintaining good health. Vanashree's commitment goes beyond consultation; she takes pride in deeply connecting with her clients, guiding them through the intricacies of their health journeys to attain their optimal well-being. In her pursuit to create awareness about Ayurveda, Vanashree conducts various workshops on different Ayurvedic topics. These workshops serve as a platform to enlighten people about the transformative power of Ayurveda, offering a path to regain balance in their lives.
While Ayurveda remains her primary passion, Vanashree also boasts training in Bollywood dancing and finds joy in engaging in creative pursuits that involve colors and art. Her multifaceted interests reflect her vibrant approach to life and holistic well-being.
