We have a great line-up of presenters and can’t wait to see which sessions you choose to attend. A few things to note.

Size Limits. Some classes have size limits, so be sure to plan your day and register for classes in advance.
Waiting List. Is a class you want to attend already full? No worries, register anyway and we’ll add you to a waitlist in case someone changes their mind!
Extra Fees. Some classes require extra fees to cover teacher expense or supplies. These have been noted with [ $ ] and have a link to direct you to the ticket page where you can make your purchase.

About me

Hello we are Root & River! A mother daughter duo, Shellee Parenteau and Lexy Dally, from the magical Franconia River Valley.

Together we have been running a joy based wellness company rooted in sisterhood, for almost 6 years. It is such a privilege gathering women and holding space for their expansion and healing.

Along with holding space at large events and workshops, we also specialize in reiki healing, training, 1:1 guidance, yoga, breath work, retreats and so much more. It is an honor to build community through love and truth. We believe are better together, and it’s our passion to offer support to navigate life and cultivate our best most joyous life. We are so happy to be here.
