We have a great line-up of presenters and can’t wait to see which sessions you choose to attend. A few things to note.

Size Limits. Some classes have size limits, so be sure to plan your day and register for classes in advance.
Waiting List. Is a class you want to attend already full? No worries, register anyway and we’ll add you to a waitlist in case someone changes their mind!
Extra Fees. Some classes require extra fees to cover teacher expense or supplies. These have been noted with [ $ ] and have a link to direct you to the ticket page where you can make your purchase.

About me

Hart Williams is a yoga teacher, reiki master, womb healer and student, and Ayurveda lifestyle coach based out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Originally from Denver, Colorado - she moved to the Midwest in 2020 with her husband and had her daughter in 2022 in Minneapolis. She has fallen in love with the magic of the Midwest. I'm very grateful to be here!

Hart is owner of a holistic health practice called "Mataji Wellness" as well as an online school called the "Mataji School of Healing" where the four pillars are yoga, ayurveda, reiki, and the womb. Mataji is a Sanskrit word meaning "mother goddess" but also refers to the aunties, teachers, leaders and friends passing down their wisdom and sacred Vedic knowledge.
