About me
Erin Brennan is someone who maintains an active mind, body and lifestyle. She remembers a time when words like “mindfulness” sounded more like “mind full of stress.” She couldn’t grasp seeking stillness, let alone intentionally focusing on nothing for any period of time. In her words, "Thankfully, yoga found me and I finally found myself through yoga."
Erin’s Shiatsu-Shin Tai training in 1997 and subsequent BA in Social Sciences continue to ground and inform her ongoing yogic studies. She has since accumulated certifications in SomaYoga (CYT-500), Reiki, Yoga Calm and Somatic Emotional Clearing. She is devoted to her ever-evolving practice and love sharing what she continues to discover.
